In-house Clinical Services
Diagnostic Imaging
Single Portal Scope Arthroscopic Video Imaging
This in-office, minimally invasive, arthroscopic procedure incorporates a disposable optical needle with fully integrated camera that allows real time diagnosis of patient's joint injuries through a handheld tablet. Not only is this useful for diagnosis, it also contains a fully integrated lumen (port), making it possible to provide pain medication to the area using the same device. Learn more →
MSK Ultrasound

Some of the PT services we offer:
Post-operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation and enhancement, recovery from a motor vehicle accident,
instruction in recovery from injury, personalized program to get to the source of and resolve chronic pain, ergonomic and correct lifting technique instruction, and many others.
Pain Management
Interventional pain management utilizes special procedures to treat and manage pain. Some of the procedures that we utilize may include radiofrequency ablation; an injection of an anesthetic or steroid around joints, tendons, or muscles; or spinal cord stimulation. These techniques are extremely helpful to patients with chronic head, neck or low back pain, in addition to post-traumatic and post-surgical pain.
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
RFA is a minimally invasive procedure, using x-ray guidance and a needle with an electrode, where an electrical
current produced by a radio wave is used to heat up a small area of nerve tissue decreasing pain signals from that area.
