Marsha Young. Marsha Young, Chief Executive Officer
Marsha joined the team in 2011 with 30 plus years in Management/Legal sectors. As CEO, Marsha works closely with our Department Directors and Administrators directing day to day operations. She is also responsible in guiding/facilitating future business strategies and expansion.

Marsha is the proud mother of two daughters and four grandchildren.
She is a 4th generation Floridian and an avid fisherwoman.

Nicole Wiley. Nicole Mayo, Daily Operations Administrator
Nicole joined the team in 2013 and has over 16 years of professional experience in the medical/orthopaedic fields. She manages the day to day operations of our front desk and workers' compensation department for all practice locations and works closely with our work comp liaison, adjusters and attorneys outlining patient care. Julie Riley. Julie Riley, Business Development Administrator/Compliance Officer
Julie joined the team in 2012. She is a paralegal by trade and brings with her an extensive applied and administrative background in many facets of the law and healthcare industry. Julie completed law enforcement training in 2007 and received her Associates in Applied Sciences in 2011. As the Personal Injury Director, she helps patients navigate through the process of their personal injury claim and facilitates communication between attorneys and Dr. Gilmore. Samantha Childs. Samantha Childs, Billing Administrator
Samantha joined the team in 2015. She studied accounting and management at Northwest Florida State College and has over 13 years of experience in medical office with extensive knowledge in billing, management and consulting. Carrie Terry. Carrie Terry, Marketing Director
Carrie joined the team in 2013 as Coordinator. She earned a BBA in Marketing from Texas A & M and has over 15 years of experience in the orthopaedic and financial industries.
