Danielle Lindee, CB - Practice Manager
Danielle brings a unique combination of business management experience and a lifelong background in athletics and movement to her role as Practice Manager at Panhandle Orthopaedics.
Born with club feet, Danielle began dancing at the age of three as a way to strengthen and improve the mobility of her feet. What began as therapy quickly became a passion, leading to a competitive and professional dance career that included international competition and work as a performer, cast manager, and choreographer. Years of training and performance gave her a firsthand appreciation for strength, mobility, discipline, recovery, and the remarkable things the human body can accomplish when it is working at its best.
In 2003, Danielle combined her passion for dance with an interest in business when she became the owner of a dance studio. As an owner, she managed every aspect of the operation, developing extensive experience in business administration, customer service, scheduling, finances, and staff management. After retiring from dance, she turned her attention fully toward business management. Danielle studied mathematics and business at the University of Iowa and is a Certified Bookkeeper.
Danielle joined Panhandle Orthopaedics in 2020 as the practice’s bookkeeper. As her role expanded, she became increasingly involved in the business and administrative operations of the practice and was named Practice Manager in 2026. She brings an engaged, hands-on approach to leadership, working closely with physicians and staff to strengthen day-to-day operations, address challenges, and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to provide excellent patient care. She is equally committed to moving the practice forward through improved technology, patient engagement, and thoughtful, sustainable growth.
For Danielle, working in orthopaedics brings her career full circle. Her own journey gives her a personal understanding of how much being able to return to the activities that matter to us can mean to our quality of life. That may mean returning to a sport, getting back to work, enjoying a favorite hobby, or simply keeping up with everyday life. That is at the heart of how Danielle approaches her role—supporting the people who care for Panhandle’s patients and helping create an environment where they can do their best work.
